Agent 3.8.0 is required for compatibility with macOS Monterey. Many add-on features to the Agent such as Take Control and Backup Documents may not be fully compatible with macOS Monterey until sometime in November. Managed Antivirus should not be installed under Monterey until the November update.
Mac Agent v3.8.0 GA
FEATURE: macOS v12 ‘Monterey’ support
FEATURE: Dependency on builtin macOS python2 eliminated, python3 bundled with the Agent
UPDATE: Certificate changed to “N-able Technologies Inc.”
UPDATE: TeamViewer and MDMHelper feature versions upgraded
BUGFIX: Resolves an issue when Agent has communication troubles with Take Control
BUGFIX: Small Monterey compatibility fixes
KNOWN ISSUE: the configuration profile pushed by Apple Device Management to grant macOS Full Disk Access and Accessibility permissions to Agent 3.8.0 will not function properly until a future update.
