Please be advised our integrated EDR users can expect to see an update to the RMM Ecosystem Service. This update will take place throughout the regions between November 1^st to November 4^th.  The full maintenance window schedule, optimizations and bug fixes follow below:

Scheduled Maintenance Window

Regions, Dates and Times: 

• APAC: Monday, November 1^st between 2:00 PM GMT – 3:00 PM GMT (10:00 AM EST- 11:00 AM EST)
• EU: Tuesday, November 2^nd between 6:00 PM GMT – 7:00 PM GMT (2:00 PM EST – 3:00 PM EST)
• US: Thursday, November 4^th between 8:30 PM GMT – 9:30 PM GMT (4:30 PM EST – 5:30 PM EST)

Downtime: Downtime is expected during these maintenance windows.

Enhancements:

• Enhanced the installation status reporting for integrated EDR
• Improved the Ecosystem agent connection reliability
• Optimized Integration menu loading

Issues:

• An issue causing integrated EDR devices to show as Active when set to OFF has now been resolved.
• An issue causing integrated EDR devices to be stalled in a Pending state has now been resolved.
• As issue causing EDR Status script check to remain after EDR is disabled is now resolved.
