MSP Manager update: Full conversation history in notifications

We are delighted to announce another highly requested feature is being released in the coming days to MSP Manager.

With this latest release you can now choose to include the full conversation history inside notifications.

Response history inside tickets helps provide a comprehensive record of all communications and actions related to a particular issue. This helps ensure transparency, accountability, and continuity, as anyone viewing the ticket can quickly understand its context, the steps taken, and any resolutions or ongoing issues. Additionally, it facilitates better customer service by allowing support agents to build on previous interactions without needing the customer to repeat information.

Depending on how you want it configured, this can be set by default within the ticket preferences tab to always show or can be set to show when selected inside a ticket

N-sight: New Automated Tasks for Apple, Asset Inventory View Updates, Windows RC Agent

We are pleased to let you know that we have released several updates to N-sight, including new out-of-the-box Automated Tasks for Apple, more asset data and filtering options in the Asset Inventory view for inventory reports and custom device lists, a new Windows RC agent, plus an update to VSS Monitoring as part of the EDR service. Here are all the details…

OS Install Date in Asset Inventory

Now you can see an “OS Install Date” column in the Asset Inventory view, so it’s easy to see when the OS upgrade was deployed. We will soon be enhancing this further with a date filter option (which will be added all the date columns) so you can start to specify time frames as part of filtering for device sets.

Filter Builder Now Supports ‘OR’ Queries

The Asset Inventory view’s search function has been enhanced with Boolean ‘OR’ and ‘NOT’ functionality. It means you can produce more targeted lists of assets. It also now offers the ability to group filter options together for even further refinement. We’ll be enhancing our KB articles to assist with the more advanced Filter Builder functionality, in the meantime please have a play and share any feedback you may have.

MSP Manager Update: Custom Work Types

Coming this week, we are delighted to announce the release of one of our most requested features: Custom Work Types.

Custom work types allow you to tailor your work time to how you interact with your customers.

  • Streamlined Processes: Custom work types enable a more streamlined workflow by reducing the time spent on categorizing tasks and allowing for quicker, more accurate assignment of work. This leads to increased productivity and faster service delivery.

  • Detailed Reporting: Gain deeper insights into your operations with reports that can be filtered and analyzed based on custom work types. This granularity helps in identifying trends, optimizing resource allocation, and improving service strategies.

Coming Soon

Up next we have full audit trails within tickets going live in to preview within the next couple of weeks and full conversation threads within notifications.
