We’re pleased to announce an upcoming release for N-able Risk Intelligence, scheduled for delivery starting from Tuesday, July 9, 2024. This update focuses on bug fixes and performance enhancements to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Bug fixes:

  • NCIP-6457 – Risk Intelligence API – Get Report Templates

Release Schedule:

  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) Europe – Tuesday July 9, 2024, between 8:00 am and 9:00 am UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) APAC and US – Wednesday July 10, 2024, between 8:00 am and 9:00 am UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (integrated into N-sight RMM) all regions – Thursday July 11, 2024, between 8:00 am and 9:00 am UTC

We don’t expect any downtime or any impact on service performance.
