We’re pleased to let you know we are releasing an upgrade to the N-sight Linux Agent, with RC version 2.2.0. The new Agent updates our support for the main Linux distributions and includes a few performance improvements.
Here are details and the systems the agent has been tested on:
We are excited to announce the latest enhancements to Cloud Commander, our multi-tenant solution to manage Microsoft’s cloud designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These new features will help you enhance security for Microsoft 365 users and Azure. You can now view all Conditional Access Policies for your customers’ tenants, set end users’ Out Of Office replies, and configure sub-services in a user’s license.
We wanted to make you aware of a new capability coming to Cove later this month. With the 24.10 release, the Cove team has added the ability restore Microsoft 365 data to an alternate licensed user in the same domain.
We are pleased to let you know that there have been a few recent updates to N-sight, including improvements to the Device Inventory view and completion of the new Windows Agent 10.14.3 GA rollout.
Device Inventory View Updates
Row Density Improvements
Additional ‘compact’ and ‘tiny’ row density options have been introduced within the data grid, allowing you to customise the grid to your viewing preference and see more devices at a time within the table.
These options can be found within the table styling button (three vertical dots to the right of the data grid).
Adding to the recent enhancements of Custom Work Types and Full Conversation History Within Notifications, we’re pleased to introduce Ticket Audit Logs to enhance your ticket management experience.
You can start using this feature later this week using the steps documented within our help system which will go live with the feature: Ticket Audit Log Help
What does this mean for you?
Each ticket in your MSP Manager account now includes its own detailed Audit Trail. This feature captures every event and update within the ticket, along with the technician(s) responsible for each change. Within the Audit Trail, managers and technicians can:
Easily track all actions and updates on a ticket, ensuring complete visibility into its history.
Identify which technician made specific changes, promoting responsibility and reducing errors.
Quickly pinpoint when and how issues were addressed, streamlining the problem-solving process.
Maintain a comprehensive record of all ticket activities, aiding in compliance and audit requirements.
Keep all stakeholders informed with a clear, chronological record of ticket progress and changes.
Reduce time spent searching for information, as all updates are centrally logged and easily accessible.
Ticket audit logs provide transparency and accountability, making it easier to manage and track your tickets efficiently. We’re confident this new feature will significantly enhance your workflow and support quality assurance.
Please note the Audit Trail inside the ticket will start populating after the feature is enabled and will not include any actions taken previously.
