We’re pleased to announce an upcoming release for N-able Risk Intelligence, scheduled for delivery starting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. 
This release is focused on upgrades to our back-end systems addressing several internal bugs and security related issues.

Bug fixes:

  • Updated backend Infrastructure
  • RI-3549 – Fix for inability to create new client application

Release Schedule:

  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) Europe – Tuesday, July 1, 2025, between 13:30 and 16:00 UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (standalone) APAC and US – Wednesday, July 2, 2025, between 13:30 and 16:00 UTC
  • N-able Risk Intelligence (integrated into N-sight RMM) all regions – Thursday July 3, 2025, between 13:30 and 16:00 UTC

There may be brief moments of downtime during the maintenance windows, which may result in usability issues or errors within the application. After the maintenance windows, all operations should resume as normal.

New Vulnerability Management Enhancements Now Live in N-central and N-sight

We’re excited to introduce the latest enhancements to Vulnerability Management in N-central and N-sight—bringing greater usability, expanded coverage, and improved visibility to help you manage and respond to threats more effectively.

One notable improvement in this release is the ability to export up to 10,000 rows from key views—including All Vulnerabilities, All Detections, and the new Assets at Risk view. This makes it significantly easier to analyze data at scale, generate reports, and share insights with stakeholders.

Additional updates include direct navigation to device details, enriched vulnerability information, scanning support for Mac applications, and more targeted views for impacted assets—making it faster and simpler to assess risk and take action.

N-central Mac agent v1.12.1

We’re releasing a new version of the Mac agent today which contains a small hotfix to address a certificate revocation check issue that subsequently caused issues with the N-central agent being able to communicate with N-central servers.

This hotfix ensures continued reliable connectivity between Mac agents and N-central.

The latest agent includes infrastructure improvements to enhance system stability and performance.

N-sight: Vulnerability Management Updates, Improvements to Windows Service Checks

We are pleased to let you know that we have released two new improvements to Vulnerability Management in N-sight, here are the details:

  • Display if a CVE Vulnerability has an update available: Instantly see which vulnerabilities have vendor fixes available for faster, more informed patching decisions to reduce risk and protect customers.
  • All Vulnerabilities View – grouping detections by CVE: Quickly visualize vulnerability exposure across your environment by CVE ID for faster risk assessment and smarter remediation decisions.

The team’s already hard at work on the next set of improvements, which includes the ability to click and see the list of assets that have a particular vulnerability, along with a slide-out panel with additional CVE details. What’s more, we will be adding Apple Mac support shortly as well – so stay tuned for future updates!
