N-zo Assist is a new AI-powered support experience now available in N-ableMe. It lets you ask product questions in plain language, get pointed straight to the right knowledge base article or documentation, and still reach a live support representative or open a ticket whenever you need one. Public preview begins Monday, July 20, 2026.
What is N-zo Assist?
N-zo Assist is an AI chat experience built into N-ableMe that replaces the previous Nash Support Chat. Instead of searching through articles on your own, you can describe what you are trying to do and N-zo Assist finds the relevant knowledge base content, and product documentation for you.
It comes with a refreshed chat icon and look, and it removes friction points like pre-chat forms, so getting started takes one click instead of several.

How does N-zo Assist help me find answers faster?
N-zo Assist is built to answer questions about any N-able product. Two everyday examples show how that works:
- Finding the right report or resource. Instead of digging through menus, you can ask something like “Where do I find the report that shows device hardware and software details?” and N-zo Assist points you to the exact report and its location.
- Getting a documentation answer without leaving the chat. A question like “How do I automate a recurring task?” returns a plain-language answer with links back to the source documentation, so you can verify the details yourself.
In both cases, the goal is the same: fewer clicks, less searching, and a direct path from question to answer.

Can I still talk to a live person or open a ticket?
Yes. N-zo Assist is designed to work alongside human support, not replace it. You can still:
- Connect with a live support representative
- Open a Support or Customer Care case through the Support tab in N-ableMe
- Use existing escalation paths exactly as you do today
If you use in-product support chat in one of your N-able products, you will continue to be transferred into N-ableMe the same way you are now.

What’s changing about the chat experience itself?
Beyond the AI-powered answers, the chat experience itself has been streamlined. When launched from the products, the pre-chat form that used to ask for details before you could start a conversation has been removed, so you can jump straight into asking your question. The chat icon and branding have also been updated to reflect the new experience.
When can I start using it, and how do I share feedback?
N-zo Assist enters public preview on Monday, July 20, 2026, inside N-ableMe. During preview, you can share feedback, report bugs, and suggest improvements directly through N-ableMe, and that feedback will shape the experience as it moves toward general availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does N-zo Assist replace live support?
No. N-zo Assist is a first step for faster self-service. You can still escalate to a live representative or open a Support or Customer Care case at any point, and those existing workflows remain unchanged.
Which products does N-zo Assist cover?
N-zo Assist answers questions across the N-able product portfolio, not a single platform. It draws on knowledge base articles, release notes, and product documentation regardless of which N-able product your question relates to.
Do I need to do anything to access N-zo Assist?
No setup is required. Once you log in, N-zo Assist appears automatically in N-ableMe as part of the public preview rollout starting July 20, 2026, in place of the current support chat.
What happens to my existing support tickets and cases?
Nothing changes. Existing support workflows, case creation, and escalation paths through the Support tab remain exactly as they are today.
How do I give feedback during the preview?
You can share bugs, issues, and improvement ideas directly inside N-ableMe in the ”N-zo Assist Public Preview” Group , helping shape the experience ahead of general availability.
The bottom line
N-zo Assist brings AI-powered, natural language support into N-ableMe so you can get answers faster while keeping full access to live support and ticketing whenever you need it. Log in to N-ableMe starting July 20, 2026, to try N-zo Assist and share your feedback during the public preview.
