N-able™ Passportal™ experienced degraded service and timeouts during a release window Wednesday, November 17 and Thursday, November 18 on our US Cluster.
- On November 17 the N-able DevOps team identified a proxy configuration error causing increased load times and timeouts starting at 3:15 p.m. ET. Service returned to normal levels by 3:45 p.m. ET November 17.
- Increased load times and timeouts occurred again November 18 starting at 9 a.m. ET. This issue was resolved at 9:22 a.m. ET.
