N-able RMM: Upcoming Service Release with New Linux Agent, New ‘Remote Wipe’ Mac Command

We’re pleased to let you know that in the next RMM release we’ll be shipping a new Linux Agent (RC v2.0.6) with some stability updates to help with device upgrades. We expect to release the new agent to all RMM territories by end of the week.

We’ll also be releasing the next Mac command, following hot on the heels of last week’s Apple Device Management update – soon you’ll be able to use a remote wipe option for enrolled Mac workstations, just like you can for enrolled iOS devices. Simply select the Mac workstation in the north pane, right click and navigate to the Commands menu. We plan to have this update out in the next few days.

In addition, we have updates to the RMM mobile apps for both Android and iOS with some performance improvements bug fixes there too.
