Today, we’re pleased to confirm that we’re making the upgraded PSA integration GA. If you’re using the existing RMM integration to sync data and tickets with ConnectWise or Autotask, then we invite you to switch to the new system and take advantage of the many feature and performance improvements. Here are the details of the latest PSA integration update…
We have now enabled the latest feature update, which brings the new PSA integration on a par functionally with the original PSA integration: Now the new integration also provides the ability to add notes & times to PSA tickets directly from the RMM console:
When an outage event occurs, you now have the ability to immediately document your efforts in real time with notes and time entries:
The updated PSA integration provides all the functionality that the original PSA solution offers, as well as more granular email alert settings (click here for details).
In addition, the new system offers significantly improved performance and reliability, and we encourage all customers who use the ConnectWise and Autotask integration in RMM to migrate to the new service at their convenience to take advantage of the enhanced offering.
