Our latest update solves the following reported issues:
· Users without permission to view User Activity can do so via direct link
· SLA configuration not applying properly
· The Unassigned Tickets view shows Open Tickets in the Helpdesk tab
· “Optionally notify users” field is empty in Time Entries
· Custom template logic not working as expected
· Timer keeps running for completed ticket
· Cannot create support tickets from the RMM Dashboard
