Further to our previous posts, we’re pleased to confirm that we’ve started to roll out the update to the Remote Monitoring & Management system alert emails, as we switch to a new default email address, @remote.management, and retire the legacy domain @maxfocus.com.

The update will be live in the Hong Kong and Australia territories shortly, with the other regions to follow in the days ahead. You may wish to add the @remote.management domain to your email whitelist to avoid any accidental spam issues.
