We are happy to report several improvements to Scheduling in MSP Manager as well as some fixes for feedback provided on our New Ticket Editor.

Scheduling Options

We have added several new options when setting up Schedules. These options will allow for more flexibility and allow appointments and tickets to be created with additional frequencies. We have also added the ability to limit the recurrence period on a given schedule.

Improved Monthly Schedule Options

Monthly schedules can now be set for “The Nth <Day of Week> every X month(s).”

Schedule for every N days or each weekday

Schedule multiple days weekly

More options for Annual Schedules

Specify every N years as well as “On the Nth <Day of Week> of <Month>”

Set the Recurrence Period on a Schedule

Configure both the start and end date or total number of occurrences for a schedule to limit how many times it is run.

New Ticket Editor Fixes

In response to feedback provided by partners using our New Ticket Editor, we have implemented several fixes.

• Ticket Details is now available in a dedicated section just below the ticket header.
• Fixed a bug where creating a ticket and time entry simultaneously would result in a duplicate time entry.
• Expenses in the ticket header now accurately shows the total of all expenses added to the ticket and does not also include the amount for time entries.
