We’re pleased to let you know that we have introduced a new Windows release candidate agent, v10.13.8 RC, which contains an update to the Backup Check so that it supports Hornet Security going forward.

Hornet Security is effectively a version update to Altaro in the list of 3rd party backup products, after the latter was acquired by the former. Altaro will remain in the list of products to select from in order to maintain support for previous versions.

Alongside the Windows RC Agent, there will be an update to the Backup Check UI in the coming days so that partners can select Hornet Security from the list of available backup solutions.
