Please be advised of an upcoming 2-hour Maintenance window for RMM Managed Antivirus (MAV-BD) starting Thursday June 9th for infrastructure updates. During this Maintenance window, you may experience intermittent outages in the RMM dashboard. Please see below for full details of the dates/times and what to expect.

Maintenance Window: Starting Thursday June 9th and available in all regions by Thursday June 16th

  • APAC region: Thursday June 9th 13:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC
  • EMEA region: Tuesday June 14th 05:00 UTC to 07:00 UTC
  • DE region: Tuesday June 14th 16:00 UTC to 18:00 UTC
  • US Region: Thursday June 16th 08:00 UTC to 10:00 UTC

What to Expect During the Maintenance Window:

  • All devices remain protected
  • Definition updates will continue
  • Unable to access RMM (MAV-BD) Dashboard Settings options, or RMM Antivirus tab
  • Unable to install RMM (MAV-BD) during this window
  • Unable to upgrade engine of MAV-BD during this window
  • Unable to run RMM (MAV-BD) reports
  • RMM (MAV-BD) checks will fail
