N-able RMM: Service Release with New Windows RC Agent

We’re pleased to let you know that we will shortly start to roll out an update to the Windows RC Agent, v10.12.4. This latest Agent includes upgrades to monitoring and performance, please see below for details. We expect the new agent to be available in all territories by end of day tomorrow.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you about the upcoming maintenance for Bitdefender Managed Antivirus, as highlighted here.
