Please be advised our RMM integrated EDR users can expect to see an update take place throughout the regions between April 26th to April 27th. The full maintenance window schedule, and detailed changes are available below:
Scheduled Maintenance Window
All Regions: Tuesday, April 26th between 1:30 PM GMT – 2:30 PM GMT (9:30 AM EST- 10:30 AM EST)
All Regions: Wednesday, April 27th between 1:30 PM GMT – 3:30 PM GMT (9:30 AM EST- 11:30 AM EST)
Downtime: No downtime is expected during these maintenance windows.
Issues:
- Tuesday April 26th addresses an issue in which some devices could remain in “Pending” state as a result of changing profile assignment or changing installation status. This has now been corrected.
- Wednesday April 27th will now see the EDR Settings Policy list sorted alphabetically.
