N-able will be pushing a release to further improve Passportal´s performance, optimizing how user sessions are stored and handled. This update will require users to reauthenticate, and any users logged in during the release will be required to log back in.

To minimize inconvenient, the update will occur outside of business hours:

What users will experience

If logged in at the time of the release users will be logged out, and required to log back in. Any unsaved work will be lost from that session. We encourage users to finalize any updates to documentation or other work before the patch window. We expect this rollout to take approximately 1-2 hours.

Additionally, users will have to reinput their org keys on their next login. Please note, you will be able to access credentials and documentation business as usual before and after the reauthentication.

This will affect both pro and site users, as well as sessions accessed through an external app.

This will not affect AD agents or data synced through the agent.
