Following on from our quick filters release last week we are delighted to launch a preview of the first phase of the upcoming help desk improvements.
Whilst the new helpdesk layout has mimicked the current one to allow you transition to the newer version seamlessly, its most important reason in this phase is taking advantage of our real time architecture to ensure you see new tickets the instant they are raised and gives you the added benefit of the new quick filter buttons and improved identifiers.
Initial roll out of this will begin tonight and will show initially within Workspaces. During the preview stage we will be looking for feedback on the work so far, along with requests for future additions to it before we are happy to fully go live and replace the current helpdesk.
