We are pleased to announce improvements to MSP Manager. These have been released with v4.30.10

Quick Filters

Quick filters allow you to create your own customisable quick access buttons within the ticket filter widget.

Once created, saved and ordered they will show within the filter widget itself giving you quick access in to the tickets you deem most appropriate for your working day.

UX Improvements

• Improved ticket opening accuracy – now you can click anywhere within the ticket row
• Active widget Indicator moved from bottom of widget to left for better visibility.
• Improved formatting of widgets
