Passportal has released an update to our document importer providing our partners visibility into where all errors occurred during their portal import. This table will show you exactly where in each csv the errors occurred preventing that credential/documentation piece from importing.

By narrowing down exactly where the error occurred our partners can now go back into the source document to update the value and try the import again. This table will appear after every import to provide the visibility needed to get all required documentation imported.

Version 2 of this, slated to be released in early Q3, will add additional functionality providing users with the ability to download a zip of just the errored files for an even easier update and fix. Watch these release notes for the announcement of its release.
