Passportal is happy to announce that we have released two new reports into our Reports section directly tying into your Blink instances.

Blink User Status: Gives the partner a quick and easily filterable report regarding the setup status for all users they are setting up on Blink.
Blink Reset Request: Gives the partner a direct report into all Blink requests within a dedicated time period. Helps our partners determine the amount of incoming password reset tickets saved and provides value back to the client as the MSP is able to show how many resets are being processed.
