We’re pleased to let you know that the new ‘Active Issues’ workflow for technicians has been enhanced with the ability to add technical and client-facing notes when clearing checks:

To remind you, you can access Active Issues by clicking the link in the left-side navigation bar, and we also just added a workflow link to the Checks tab.

Pro tip! Do you know there are hundreds of ready-made scripts for you to add to RMM? Log into the  Success Center and go to the Automation Cookbook – download the scripts you want, then in RMM go to Settings > Script Manager to upload them as checks and tasks.

In this week’s release we’re also shipping a new Windows RC Agent, v10.9.15, with an update to the Automation Manager agent (‘ScriptRunner v2.17), and a Patch Management Engine upgrade so that v1.2.8 is installed out of the box with new agent deployments. The new RC Agent is expected to be available in all territories by Friday.

Similarly, there’s a new Linux Agent, v2.0.3 with a number of updates and bug fixes for Linux monitoring checks.

Important: Make sure you update the GA agent version on all your devices regularly to take advantage of new features, bug fixes and security updates. Go to ‘Agent’ > ‘Agent Auto-update Settings’ to upgrade your devices.
