We are pleased to roll out some enhancements to our QuickBooks Online integration.

First and foremost, expect to be prompted for your credentials during your next synchronization as we have updated our integration to use QuickBook Online’s updated API. As an existing customer already using the QBO integration, no changes are required on your behalf to generate your customer invoices. You will be prompted at the appropriate time to authenticate to Quickbooks.

Even more exciting, our new Integrations landing page will give you a better indication of which Accounting Service(s) are connected, making this easy and obvious to manage.

We now have 2-way synchronization of your accounting services, making it easy to choose which accounting items you need to map by selecting them from a dropdown. Having the right accounting items connected to your service plans, service items and rates is important. To assist in managing this, our new Services tab allows you to easily filter your list of items, see the mapped customer and accounting items while giving you inline editing options to easily solve any issues.
