We’ve got some bug fixes for you, published earlier today. Here’s the list of problems we’ve solved:
· .msg file attached to ticket is corrupted
· Unable to add additional rates to hourly service plan
· Tax rate is rounded to 2 decimal places when entering 3 decimals
· Ticket response box continuously grows larger
· Location map not loading in MSPM
· Workflow: Unable to assign technicians
· Billed ticket report export is too small
· Unable to add “PASSWORD” as a ticket issue type
· Updated sorting on Service Item Name
· Unable to add password in Knowledge
· Cannot save completed tasks
· Ticket Request contact details not auto-populated when manually converting to ticket
