We’re pleased to let you know this week’s SolarWinds RMM release is now available to customers in all territories. With this update, Mac workstations can be added to RMM using the ‘Remote Worker’ Site Installation Package, giving you more options for onboarding Mac devices.

We are also pleased to confirm that the new “Custom Domains” feature announced last week is now enabled for all customer accounts – click here to find out more, and how to access RMM securely with your own branded URL.

In addition, the new left side navigation bar has been rolled out to a majority of customers, thank you for the positive feedback we’ve received so far. We expect to complete the roll-out in the next couple of days.

Lastly, we want to make you aware that next week we’ll be publishing a new Software Services Agreement (SSA) to RMM. You’ll be asked to accept the updated terms & conditions on your next login.
