1500 UTC / 1000 Eastern – The MSP Mail engineering team is currently investigating intermittent delays affecting our primary European datacenter. This issue is manifesting as slow responses to some connections to our outbound filtering system, causing impacted sending servers to queue those outbound messages locally. Preliminary findings suggest a potential issue with one of our filtering engines, though work is still underway. Only customers using our eu01xx.smtpout.com or uk01xx.smtpout.com relay servers for outbound may be affected. We will provide updates when they become available.
