We’re planning to perform database maintenance to MSP Remote Monitoring & Management and MSP Service Desk on Saturday, 8th July. The work will affect RMM Dashboard and Service Desk access for up to 1 hour in selected territories and up to 30 minutes in other territories. Details of the maintenance window are below. As is our normal practice, the work will be performed out of office hours to minimise disruption.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- Europe – 10:00pm to 2:00am CEST – up to 30 minutes for RMM and Service Desk
- UK – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST – up to 1 hour downtime for RMM
- North & South America – 2:00am to 6:00am EDT – up to 1 hour downtime for RMM; up to 30 minutes for Service Desk
- Hong Kong & Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST – up to 30 minutes for RMM and Service Desk
During this time, the access to the RMM Dashboard and MSP Service Desk may not be available.
Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Backup & Recovery and Web Protection, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during these periods.
