Our hosting partner in the UK has informed us they’ll be performing systems maintenance to their network on Sunday 23rd April that will impact Dashboard availability in the UK, and Web Protection service availability in EMEA for devices on agents older than v10.4. Other regions are not affected by this work.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
- UK region: Sunday 0:00am to 4:00am BST
- Europe region: Sunday 1:00am to 5:00am CET
During this maintenance window, we expect customer impact on services between 1:00am and 2:00am BST. At this time, the RMM Dashboard will not be available to customers in the UK, and Agents on endpoints will not be able to upload data to the Dashboard servers. We’ll ensure devices won’t go overdue unnecessarily during this time.
Web Protection filtering will continue to work on end-point devices in the UK and Europe regions, but URL data won’t be collected during this one hour period for reporting purposes on devices running agent v10.4 or older. Devices running more recent agent versions are on the new instance of Web Protection and are not affected.
Other Services on end-point devices, including Managed Antivirus, Patch Management and Managed Online Backup, are not affected and will continue to perform as normal during this time.
