Our ISP partner in Sydney, Australia will be performing an upgrade of Ethernet transmission cards in the Optus network starting on Tuesday, 25th April. The work will affect the availability of the Backup and Restore options in MSP Backup & Recovery and in the integrated version in MSP Remote Monitoring & Management, for a maximum of 10 minutes between 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM Sydney/NSW time. Other regions are not affected.

The maintenance schedule is as follows:

Sydney/NSW  – Tuesday 25th April 11:00pm to 06:00am AEST

Both the management console and the web-based management console will not be affected.
