Our ISP partner in Sydney, Australia, will be performing an optical fiber cable cut-over on Thursday, 20th April. The work will affect the availability of the Backup and Restore options in MSP Backup & Recovery and in the integrated version in MSP Remote Monitoring & Management, for a maximum of 15 minutes between 12:00 AM and 06:00 AM Sydney/NSW time. Other regions are not affected.

The maintenance schedule is as follows:

Sydney/NSW  – 12:00am to 06:00am AEST

Both the management console and the web-based management console will not be affected.
