Tech Support: Telephone System

We are currently experiencing a partial phone system outage that is impacting our Technical Support service.  At this time it is not possible to connect to Techncial Support via the phone.

We are working on this with every priority and will post a status update as soon as we know more.

In the meantime, if you need to get in touch, you can still use the Live Chat, or the Portal to log a case. As the phones are presently unavailable, there may be a slightly greater hold time with Live Chat than usual.
