We are planning to perform scheduled maintenance to MAX RemoteManagement on Saturday, 12 September, in keeping with the new systems maintenance schedule.
The schedule for this maintenance is as follows:
- Territory Europe – 9:00pm to 1:00am BST
- Territory North/South America – 2:00am to 6:00am ET
- Territory Asia Pacific – 9:00pm to 1:00am AEST
During this time we will be creating new database indexes and restarting servers. We expect some interruption to MAX RM Dashboard access and performance during the first hour of this window. We will aim to keep any service impact to a minimum, and we don’t expect disruption during the rest of the maintenance period.
The maintenance activity will affect Remote Monitoring and Agent-to-Dashboard communications. Status updates from end-point services and checks to the Dashboard may not be processed during the maintenance activity, and the device overdue alerts will be momentarily suspended. Once the maintenance activity is complete, all services will automatically resume as normal.
The services on end-point devices such as Managed Antivirus, Patch Management, Managed Online Backup and Web Protection will continue to perform as normal during this period.
