8:15am Pacific — The Level 3 facility in Southern California has been back online and network traffic appears to have stabilized. We are still seeing some indications of network latency in Europe; message processing in those facilities has improved but it is possible that the fiber cuts in Germany have had a lingering effect. We are continuing to monitor and will post updates here as more information becomes available.
