6:00am Pacific — Power to the Level 3 facility has been at least partially restored, although network traffic may still be being affected. In an extraordinarily bad coincidence, Level 3 has also reported “multiple local provider fiber cuts caused by a high profile vehicle” at a main point of presence in Germany, which could also be impacting network traffic for customers in EMEA.
