Windows Console 7.50.12 – Support Toolkit Feature Added

The Support Toolkit feature in Take Control Standalone is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technicians by providing a centralized location for storing and accessing scripts, applications, and other essential files. This feature allows technicians to quickly resolve issues by having all necessary tools readily available during remote sessions.

Windows Agent (Version 7.50.09) – New Features and Enhancements: 

Support for Agent Configuration Template: 

• It is now possible to create and deploy Agent Configuration Templates into Device Groups. This new functionality, available from the Admin Area, makes it much easier to manage Agent configurations. 

• Added functionality to prevent Agent permissions from being changed on Devices that are part of a group which has a Configuration Template applied. In that case, an error message will be displayed if settings are attempted to be changed locally.  

Submit Feedback with Logs: 

• Agent support for a new option at the Windows Viewer, available in the top-right (Preferences) menu, which allows the Technician to send local and remote logs with the click of a button. This is particularly useful to help us to support our Customers, as we will be getting all the relevant information along with the context related to any issue that is experienced by the Partners. 

Session Approval Options: 

• Implemented a new option to set different session approval actions when the remote Device is locked, or no user is logged in. 

Mac Agent (Version 6.00.59) – New Features and Enhancements:
