We are pleased to announce several enhancements in Mail Assure: new information is now available on the Dashboard, Locked Identity notifications have been expanded, and the filtering service has been improved with a new detection method.

Over the next two weeks, we will be enabling the following options:

Dashboard – Enhanced Mailboxes Classification

Protected and archived mailbox categories have been organized by primary mailbox type, providing a more detailed view of mailbox management. Mailboxes are now counted by type for each enabled service, whether protection or archiving, relative to the total number of mailboxes registered in the product.

Dashboard – Top 5 Recipients for the Inbound Email Flow

The Mailboxes Overview section has been enhanced with two additional tabs that provide insights into recipients with the highest message volumes, as well as recipients for whom the highest number of spam messages has been detected.

The report available under Schedule and Export buttons in Dashboard has been enhanced to include the new added information.

We’ve also made the following improvements: 

• Identity Lock Notification has been extended to include manually locked outgoing identities, improving transparency and response time within the alert workflow. Separate email addresses can be configured for Admin users and Domain users, providing greater flexibility across the organization.

• As part of regular filtering system improvements, Homograph Attack Header Detection has been added, preventing messages with spoofed “look-a-like/confusable” characters and increasing overall phishing detection.
