What’s new In Adlumin

As summer heats up, so does Adlumin. This latest platform update delivers impactful enhancements designed to streamline operations, strengthen incident response, and improve partner workflows. From seamless PSA integrations, lateral movement mapping to smarter tenant organization and new MSP onboarding resources, these updates help you work faster, respond smarter, and stay ahead of evolving threats.

What’s New

New PSA Integrations: Halo & Autotask

Adlumin now offers prebuilt integrations with both Halo and Autotask PSA platforms, enabling seamless two-way communication between your ticketing system and Adlumin. These integrations automatically sync such details as ticket status, subject/description, comments, priority, while linking directly to the corresponding Adlumin ticket for full traceability.

Without this integration, teams had to manage MDR-generated tickets in Adlumin separately from their primary PSA requiring them to switch between systems to track, update, and resolve incidents. This added complexity can increase manual effort, slow down response times, and reduce visibility across platforms.

With these integrations now live, partners and customers benefit from faster incident response, reduced operational overhead, and a more connected experience.

You will now see right hand section under tools a new option for ‘Ticketing Integrations’

Lateral Movement Incident Mapping

Adlumin now maps lateral movement directly within incident timelines, giving analysts a clearer view of how threats unfold across systems. This new capability correlates access events and process execution activity using multiple machine learning models to surface high-fidelity alerts with context.

Lateral movement is a common tactic used by attackers after gaining initial access. It involves moving between systems to reach high-value assets, often using legitimate credentials and tools. Because these actions can appear benign in isolation, detecting them requires connecting subtle signals across users, hosts, and timeframes.

With incident mapping in place, Adlumin now builds a coherent narrative from isolated events helping analysts understand how an attack progressed and where to focus their response. This reduces investigation time, improves detection accuracy, and strengthens the platform’s ability to detect real-world threats, including penetration tests and audit scenarios that demand visibility into attacker behavior

Custom Fields

Partners can now assign each tenant a region and industry using new custom fields. This gives teams a simple way to organize tenants in ways that match how they work.

Without standardized tenant classification it makes it challenging for partners to group, filter, or report across tenants. It limits visibility, slows operations, and increases manual effort at scale.

With this update, users can quickly filter tenants, streamline reporting, and gain better visibility across groups. Adding custom fields adds context strengthens threat analysis by making it easier to identify patterns across industries or regions and accelerating investigations during global threat hunts

This is the first step toward more flexible tenant classification, with additional options planned as needs evolve.

Adlumin Course “Getting Started” with N-able Adlumin for MSPs Now Live

We’re excited to announce that the Getting Started with N-able Adlumin for MSPs course is now available on N-able University. This foundational training is designed specifically for Managed Service Providers to help them quickly onboard and operationalize the Adlumin security platform across their customer base.

The course walks through everything from logging in and navigating the dashboard to deploying the Adlumin Agent, understanding system requirements, and exploring deployment options. It also covers the three telemetry log sources, Adlumin Agent, APIs, and Syslog Forwarder. Plus there is even more to manage accounts, monitor access, and track suspicious activity across tenants.

MSPs will also get an introduction to SIEM functionality, including how to work with alerts, clear notifications, and customize dashboard tiles to support multi-tenant visibility and response.

This is the first in a growing series of courses designed to help MSPs get the most out of the Adlumin platform.

And More……

  • Duo integration is now rate-aware to reduce noise and ensure reliable, compliant alert delivery.
  • Support page now includes direct Technical Support phone numbers and links to the N-able Status and Uptime sites, making it easier to get help and check service health in one place.
  • As part of our ongoing work to improve platform performance, we focused this month on speeding up load times for the Risk group, Network Health, and Sensor Health pages
