N-able Mail Assure: July Features and Updates Release

We are pleased to announce new enhancements to the Mail Assure Dashboard with the option to schedule the statistics report. Additionally, we’ve improved the spear phishing blocking rule configuration with the CSV import option.

Over the next two weeks, we will be enabling the following options:

Schedule Dashboard Report

Schedule button has been added in the Dashboard offering the possibility to schedule the report containing the filtering statistics for the Inbound and Outbound flows.

New module for the report scheduling offers 2 options for getting the information, either from the last 7 days or from the last 30 days.

The scheduled report can be customized by selecting the Dashboard sections which are to be included and the default email address for the recipient can be also changed.

The report is available in pdf format following the exiting template and has the option for easily disabling, by selecting the corresponding option from the dropdown list.

Enhance Spear Phishing Blocking Rule Configuration

Having Use advanced custom filtering rules mode enabled, a new option has been added in Incoming – Protection / Block list filtering rules, aimed to offer the mass configuration for the spear phishing blocking rule.

CSV import option for this rule uses a dedicated template for the cases when preventing against spear phishing – CEO Fraud requires the configuration for a large number of high-ranking executives.
