That’s a wrap for the first quarter of 2024 already! It’s been a busy few months, with a number of features and upgrades released in N-sight. To keep track of it all and to help you take full advantage of the latest improvements, here’s a quick roundup video of all the Q1 highlights:
New Feature: Save Custom Views in the Asset Inventory Dashboard
We are excited to introduce the ability for you to save the custom views that you create in the Asset Inventory dashboard, which offers numerous benefits to technician users and account managers alike.
In the new Asset Inventory view, you can already create custom device lists for different use cases and workflows, for example you can export asset lists to excel to include in quarterly business reviews with your customers, or use it to set up technician workflows that focus on specific tasks.
Now you can save these custom views for easy one-click retrieval the next time you want the same view. This saves time and effort, allowing you to get on with the job at hand, instead of spending time recreating the same views each time.
The save views option becomes increasingly useful as we add more data, opening up additional use cases and benefits. For example a few weeks ago we added additional asset data including BIOS, External IP Address, Asset Added Time and Asset Age.
Here are a few screenshots that show the new option in action:

We encourage you to explore the new Asset Inventory View if you haven’t already, and to take advantage of this latest enhancement. We have more features planned, please keep the feedback coming to help us design the best solution for you! The new feature will be rolling out to partners across the territories in the coming days and is expected to be available to all before end of the week.
