N-sight: 2023 Highlights Video, New Interactive Charts for Asset Inventory, Linux Agent Upgrade

With the end of 2023 fast approaching and we start to look ahead to the new year, we thought we’d take the opportunity to share a little roundup video of all the new features and improvements that were released for N-sight partners in 2023.

We very much hope that you’re taking advantage of all the improvements and updates over these past months, and that they’re helping you deliver an outstanding service to your customers.

New Interactive Charts for Asset Management

As we round out the year, we’re pleased to share that we are rolling out new interactive charts for the Asset Inventory view that was recently introduced. The charts are designed to make it easier for you to see devices under management broken down by OS, type, device model and RAM.

You can click the charts to quickly drill down and look at more detailed device sets, which you can refine further using the search and column filtering options. For example, use the RAM filter to find underpowered devices, then filter by a particular customer to export the list to CSV for incorporating into device lifecycle reports. You can also jump over to the Dashboard north pane to see the same filtered list of devices for further action.

As we head into the new year, we’re planning further enhancements to the Asset Inventory view, so stay tuned for future updates!
