Passportal Release – N-Able SSO March 8th

New feature – N-Able SSO March 8th

We are excited to announce our first step towards full N-Able SSO currently N-Able SSO will be available for new Passportal partners starting March 8th with a migration path becoming available to existing Passportal partners very soon.

To support the new login options the Passportal landing page will be updated to display two options
Login with Passportal and Login with N-Able
Existing partners please continue to use Log in with Passportal. you will be able migrate to N-Able SSO once this becomes available or choose to continue to login with Passportal.

Have some functionally you want to see included, please let us know at our Ideas center,

We have released fixes for the following issues

  • Articles unable to be moved using the bulk with selected option
  • Unable to disable articles with bulk actions
  • Fixed an issue casing PDF export to fail
  • Key pass export plugin added to the downloads section
  • fixed an issue causing edit client overview to not load or fail to save
  • Browser extension performance improvements
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing the Org key from saving for new Site organizations
  • updated the generic asset template with more options
