N-sight RMM: Windows and Mac Agent Updates; Ending Support for TLS 1.0 on March 1, Final Reminder

We’re pleased to let you know that the latest Windows Agent, version 10.13.2, is now Generally Available (GA). Please upgrade your devices to this latest agent to take advantage of improvements to the Take Control feature with a faster and more robust install process when deploying to devices.

In addition, there’s a new Windows RC Agent, v10.13.3, with general performance improvements.

We are also shortly releasing a new Mac Agent, RC v3.9.1, with improvements to the OSX Daemon Check.

Final Reminder: Advance Notice for Ending Support for TLS 1.0/1.1
As communicated, from March 1st, N-sight RMM will no longer support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 or 1.1 for Agent to RMM console communication. Depending on a device’s configuration, this could affect older operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and 2012, as well as any remaining Windows XP and Server 2003 devices.
