We are very pleased to announce the new version of Take Control Standalone for Mac which includes the expected Out-of session chat and a bug fix.

FEATURE: Out-of-session chat: t is now possible to initiate a text chat dialogue with active users who have a Take Control Agent installed on their device without having an active remote control session. The chat can be initiated from the Devices page in the Admin Area and supports special characters, as well as a set of emoticons.

FIX: Loss of connection when the user does logout (black screen until reboot)
