On December 6, 2021, at 11:50 a.m. EST, N-Able MSP Manager encountered an issue preventing customers from logging into MSP Manager globally.
Solving these problems is the absolute top priority for our team. N-able operations engineers quickly diagnosed the cause as a database issue and have been working diligently to resolve the issue.
By 4 p.m. EST, the issue was resolved for most customers. However, some issues remain, primarily in the eastern United States. We will continue to update you as this issue is resolved.
