In the journey to becoming N-able, the Mail Assure domain is changing from my.swmailassure.com to securemail.management. The new domain will go live on Sunday the 1st of August, 2021.

Partners should continue to log in to Mail Assure via the app switcher:

If you provide access to the app to your clients / end-users, then those users should log in to Mail Assure by going to https://client.securemail.management. If you use a custom branded hostname, e.g. quarantine.example.com, for your clients / end-users, you do not need to change anything, these will work exactly as they did previously.

The old ui.my.swmailassure.com and my.swmailassure.com domains will redirect to the new domains, so any bookmarks, links in your documentation, history links, etc will continue to work. However, anyone using the old names will see the new name in the browser address bar, so for anyone not using a custom branded hostname, we do recommend reassuring users within your organisation that this is expected.
