N-able RMM: Scheduled Maintenance with IP Address Change – US Territory, February 13

Please note that on Saturday February 13th we’ll be undertaking technical migration work for the US territory. During the scheduled maintenance window, the RMM console and agent monitoring will be offline. All services will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.

Note this only applies to customers who’s accounts are on the ‘dashboard.systemmonitor.us’ URL (https://dashboard.systemmonitor.us/dashboard), which spans North and South America. Customers on the ‘remote.management’ URL (https://www.am.remote.management/dashboard) will continue to be able to use RMM, however checks and associated alerts may experience a delay during this time. *

The scheduled maintenance window is:

Dates and times: Saturday February 13 00:01 EST until 07:00 EST
Territory: RMM US territory, with some impact on AM territory. Other regions are not affected by this update
Affected: RMM console access and Agent monitoring

If you have a restrictive firewall configuration, and need to explicitly authorize outbound traffic, please make sure the relevant IP addresses are added to your firewall approved list:

  • RMM Console and inbound Agent traffic will now be running on:

Dashboard:

  • 3.137.15.129
  • 18.188.232.113
  • 3.137.17.151
  • 3.136.251.105
  • 3.136.253.102
  • 3.136.210.192

Callbacks from agents will come from:

  • 18.222.8.90
  • 3.13.150.135
  • 13.58.14.157
  • Customers using Linux agent v1.0.4 are advised to upgrade to Agent v2.0.4 or you may need to restart the Linux agent after the maintenance period is complete

* If you are using a custom domain and are unsure which URL you are on, log into RMM and go to Settings > General Settings > Custom domains. The dialog there will show you which RMM URL you are using.
