We are happy to release a great new capability today! N-central integrated users may now Take Control of a device within MSP Manager, saving precious search time and clicks!
You can take control of a device from the Asset List, within a ticket and from Workspaces Assets/Tickets!



A session history widget was added to Workspaces, so you can easily review Take Control sessions. You can jump to the device or a linked ticket when applicable.

We’ve fixed some bugs as usual. The following issues were solved in this release:
- Workflow ticket not created when contact does not exist
- Added additional error messages when billing invoice generation fails
- When switching customers, Knowledge type section is returned to “All Knowledge”
