Please note that on Wednesday October 28th we’ll be undertaking technical maintenance work that will affect the UK and EMEA territories*. During the scheduled maintenance window, the RMM console may be unavailable in the UK territory, and agent communications may be delayed for all European regions.
The scheduled maintenance window is:

Duration: 3 hours
Territory: RMM UK and EMEA territories. Other regions are not affected by this update
Affected: RMM console access in the UK, Agent monitoring in UK and EMEA
There are no changes to IP addresses, Dashboard URLs or other settings. End-point services such as Managed Antivirus or Patch Management are not affected by the maintenance work and will continue to function as normal. All monitoring services and dashboard access will automatically resume once the maintenance is complete.
* ‘EMEA’ is comprised of the following RMM instances: EU, France, France1, Germany, Ireland, Poland.
