Please note that we have begun the re-homing process of your passwords from the “Legacy” knowledge sub-menu into the Knowledge menu.
This move is exciting, as you will have the ability to use the search capabilities and modify these default article types to suit your requirements without having to manually move all your passwords!
If your passwords haven’t moved yet, that’s OK. We expect to complete this work by Friday the 5th of June, 2020.
